Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution:
Applicable Law:
This Disclaimer of Liability and any disputes arising out of or related to the use of the 27baseball.com website shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution:
(a) Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute or claim arising under or in connection with this Disclaimer of Liability or the use of the 27baseball.com Website, the parties agree to first attempt to

(c) Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, any unresolved dispute or claim shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the AAA, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitration shall take place in the state of Georgia.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any state or federal court located in the state of Georgia to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

The prevailing party in any arbitration or court proceeding
arising out of or related to this Disclaimer of Liability shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

This Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution section shall survive any termination or expiration of this Disclaimer of Liability and your
use of the 27baseball.com website.
